The Video production process
Web Video production and Marketing goes through a 4 phase process. The basics of this process are as follows:

Phase 1: Pre-production:  
Story boarding, Script writing, Voicing. This can be best described as the "Architecture of the Video"

Phase 2: Production
Video is then shot at the decided location as raw footage. Where Voice over is used the shooting phase can be eliminated completely and replaced with still Images, generic footage or old footage shot in the past.

Phase 3: Post production
Post production involves putting everything together to bring the Video to a professional level. Many design and effects elements are used in post production such as:

		Background Music
		Background effects
		Intros and outros
		Logo revealers
		Voice overs
		Transition effects from one message to the next
		Lower thirds or Text Titles (usually appear in the lower third of the Video)

Phase 4: Publishing, Distribution, Marketing and Analytics
The final phase is vital for success as it determines how many people will be exposed to the Video, what type of people will view the Video, and what search keywords will find the Video. Video Analytics will inform on any given timeframe (e.g. over a specific campaign period) how many  have watched the Video, where they came from, how much of the Video was watched and how they found the Video. Analytics is also vital as without it you are effectively flying blind.
